By accessing or using Ordex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, employees, and customers.

2. Description of Service

Ordex is a WhatsApp-based business management platform that enables restaurants, retail shops, barbershops, and salons to receive orders, manage queues, book appointments, and communicate with customers through WhatsApp.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per business; multiple accounts for the same business are not permitted
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Free trial period is 5 days with full access to features
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's terms of service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to engage in fraudulent activities

6. WhatsApp Compliance

By using our Service, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp through our platform adheres to all applicable WhatsApp policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by WhatsApp against your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ordex and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content uploaded to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ordex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
